Ok.. So I am going to try this.. I got the Dark Chocolate with Lavender... It was very good.. It had a great chocolate smell but you could sorta smell the
Lavender but it isn't over bearing. As soon as it was in my mouth it just melted.. It was so smooth.. Usually dark chocolate can be a little bitter but
this wasn't.. I think that was helped by the lavender... Also as it sat in your mouth you could taste something different but it wasn't over the top..
It was really good..

and then brought it back to room temperature. I received the Dark chocolate with Earl Grey it was smooth and shiny and for the most part I had threes bees on
my bar.It had a great snap to it when I broke a piece off. It smells like Earl Grey tea and then you smell the chocolate. It was very soothing like when you
drink a cup of tea. I...

Anise huh? Another of my fav things. Back a whole bunch of yrs ago, a kid I worked with came back from London with some anise flavored hard candies. Nobody
liked them but me, so he gave me all 3 rolls, and when he and his family went back the next yr, he brought me more. I have some anise flavored pizzelle cookies
at the house right now.

I recieved the Sea Salt Bee Bar. My interest was piqued....I ripped it open & devoured it! I kid, I kid...that's what I wanted to do, but I
restrained myself.

Appearance: The bees were in perfect condition....the bar itself had slightly melted and solidified on one end....but there was no discoloration. It had a
perfect snap to it when broken.

Smell: Lovely rich chocolate smell...

Kristi (and Paula and Terry!) Thank you sooo much for the reviews - great stuff!! I'm learning a lot too - the white has (obviously) less cocoa in it so it

grainy/crystalised....
