Well I guess that it would be best if I started by how I got to this point first huh, Well in Oct 2007 I went on a Carnival Fam trip where I was introduced to
2 very special people. We were able to see a couple Carnival ships but while we were in the post we got to see the Wonder and the Magic from afar.. Well all 3
of us being huge Disney fans, decided that Carnival was just not the right cruiseline for us.. WE wanted a DISNEY cruise.. So after going our seperate ways, we
emailed and called and 2 weeks later we were able to book a 3 night on the Wonder for May 8th 2008.. It seemed like it was so far away and thinking a bout it
now, it was just like yesterday.Well we did have a few problems along the way but it all was settled until about a month brfore the cruise one of the girls
had to bail so it was just the 2 of us now.. So the plans were made and finalized and off we went..

Day 1 ( May 5th)
There was so much to do but so little time but by 3pm we were ready to head to St Louis.. And after a 4 hour van ride we arrived.. My favorite resterant up there is Ozzie's... It is owned by Ozzie Smith (he use to be the shortstop for the Card way back also you might rember his son from American Idol) But anyways..We got some GREAT food I had ribs and my parents both had a steak.. Then it was off to the hotel for some sleep.. Well that was easier said then done.. I ended up going to sleep about midnight after taking some sleeping meds.. I was to excited for my real vacation to start.
. 
Day 2 ( May 6th)
I didn't want to be to early to the airport for we didn't get up until 5:30 am and leve the hotel about 6:45.. Well we ended up leaving the hotel at 7:00 and my flight left at 7:55... Talk about close.. I was able to make it throught security and get to my gate, I was the last one on the flight, so 20 mins or so after I got on the plane we were in the air and there was no turning back now.. It wasn't really that bad of a flight.. There was some turbulance but it was mostly smooth sailing, we were even early.. Well I headed to baggage clain and my bag was the first one out, it was a little dented on the side but atleast it made it.. My friend was just about to pull in when I called, talk about perfect timing.. It was GREAT.. So we were on our way
.
. Once we got to my firends house we just relaxed until it was time
for my interview.. It went really well and the interviewer wanted for me to come in for a face to face interview NEXT Wednsday.. Any other time this would have
not been a problem, if I would have driven this wouldn't have been a problems BUT my return flight back to MO was on Monday... So I accepted the interview
for Wed at 11:30am and decided that I was just going to have to convince American to go ahead and change my ticket or pray that I would be able to find some
way home.. This is an opportunity that I have been waiting for.. IT'S DISNEY... Well after my interview I went to National and picked up a one day car
rental and was on my way. My friend and I went to this little hole in the wall resterant for lunch.. I had Gator.. 
YES Aligator for lunch.. 
It was really good too.. Yummy.. After lunch my firiend was tired so
we went back to the condo and I went to the beach.. HELLO OCEAN.. I again remembered why I love the ocean.. It is beautilful and the water was perfect temp
for a very hot day.. 
Well after I was done at the beach I headed back to a
little dock that is at my friend complex and watched the sunset.
. I also saw some bird,ducks and this HUGE cat(I
think it might be a bobcat)... I then headed back to the condo... Tomarrow I am going to be going to Kennedy Space Center and also to a place known to have
Manatees and Dolphins.. (i'll post photos soon too )
Day 3 (May 7th)
Today was awsome.. I went to Kennedy Space Center.. I was there in 1996 but didn't know that they had the tours and such.. Those were awsome.. The spaceship was ready on the launch pad for the May 31st launch..
If things work out I might even be able to go and see it.. When I arrived it was about 10am and it was starting to get a little busy.. From being
their last time I really didn't think that I was going to be there all that long... I would be out by 2 at the max... Was I wrong.. They have added lots
and with the tours I was there for awhile.. anywho, Once I arrived and made it throught security I headed to the Robot exibit to see how robots helped with
space missions and such.
. Then it was off to start the tour..
The first stop was the Observation deck for the pads.. You also got a good look at the tracks that they assemble the shuttle on before they take it to the
launch pad.. As well as the outside of the building where they assemble it..
also the path were they would take the shuttle to the launch pads
and this is where they can go to
Pad A or Pad B
After that it was
onto where the first shuttle to make it into space was .. It was the real rocket..
Then I looked around the visitors center.. Saw some rockets 
and a replica of an orbitor. 
and also this 
After that I droped off the rental car and headed back to dinner with
my friend and her mom.. We went to a really great place known for it's seafood and right on the water.
. It was nice.. Afterward we headed to the pier to look out and see if
we could spot a dolphin but no such luck.. I am thinking about getting up at sunrise and walking to the beach since I have heard that there are more spoted in
the morning when they are feeding.. I LOVE Dolphins and HAVE to see one.. But Anyways, I leave tomarrow on the cruise so you wont get an update for a couple of
days but you will get lots of photos and a great review when I get back
Day 4 ( May 8th) I'm back.... Well this morning I had planned on getting up early and trying to see a dolphin but decided to go ahead and sleep in and was very happy that I did.. Cause before I knew it.. It was time to head to head to the ship.. I was so excited.... My eyes welled up as I could see the Wonder.
. It is an AMAZING sight and to know that I am going
to be spending 3 days on it was just a wonderful feeling... Once we were able to get to the drop off location and get our checked lugage taken care of then it
was time to get checked in.. As soon as we walked in there was Minnie...
I was so excited... So we got a couple of photos and went to check in.. It was really quick and easy and we were on our way.. Then it was time to
enter those famous ears to head to the ship.
After the
embarkation photo we went across the plank and they announced out names. 
This was our view as I headed onto the ship. Then we headed upstairs to find some food... Well we weren't able to figure out where the Beach
Blanket was so we had Pizza at the Pizzaria. But later I did find the BBB..
. About that time we were able to head to our room.. We had a verandah
room.. And it was HUGE and amazing.. It was a handicape rom wheelchair accessible.. The verandah was 1/2 of the back of the boat..
Well after we got settled I was off to explore the ship.. Then I went
to the Disboard Meeting at 3pm and meet some of the people that Ihad been talking to for atleast an hour and before I knew it, time for the saftly drill..

YEAH.. Anywho, After that we headed up to the Sail Away Party
.. It was awsome.. Then it was time to enjoy some time on the
balcony as we started to set sail.. It was neat to see the coast in a different way..
Then it was off to get ready to Palo's.. I was do looking forward
to this and it was awsome.. We were runing just a little late but they had no problem getting us a seat ... 
I can't remember our server's name just that he was from
Italy..For a starter we had an Mushroom brickstyle pizza. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm then for an entree I had Beef Tenderloin.. My friend had Lobster Ravioli.. It
looked really good and she really liked it.. For dessert we both had the Chocolate suffle
..After dinner I decided to head to the show.. It was the Golden
Mickeys...
It was so cute... I loved it... After the show I spent some time
looking around in the shops and then I headed to the Route 66 but along the way I noticed that there was a line downstairs and there was a couple of people
that I think you guys will know.. .. 
I then went into Waveband to watch the Marrige Game..
It was VERY funny.. Then I headed back to try to get some sleep..
Day 5 ( May 9th) Well just to let ya know.. Mickey is a early riser.. He called with my wake up call about 630am.. but I was up and ready to go.. Today we headed to Nassau and this is the first time that I was able to really explore it..I also had a City Tour and was excited to see some of the historical sites that the city had to offer. After geting up and ready we headed to breakfast at the beach blanket Buffet and was able to eat outside in the warming and bright sun.. I was able to get mickey waffles..
mmmmmmmmmm.. Well
after breakfast my friend headed back to the room and I headed out to watch us come into port.. 
I was finally able to see the lighthouse... And the new
additions to the Atlantis resort.. 
Well after we docked I
headed to the meeting point for my tour.. While I was waiting I meet a great family from Maryland and before I knew it, time to head off.. 
After walking for what seemed like forever, we finally found our taxi
and off we went.. Our first stop was the Water Tower/Fort Fincastle and the Queen's Staircase. 
The Water Tower is the highest point on the islandand can be seen from
every point.
Fort Fincastle was one of two forts on the
island and 
the Queens Staircase was hand chizled by slaves as
an emergeny escape route from the fort.Then it was time to go to 
Fort Charlotte. It is the other fort on the island. The tour then headed to some of the Goverment buildings as well as the Cable Beach area 
before heading back to the ship..We headed to Tritan's for
lunch... It was really good. And then I headed back out to do some shopping.. Got some really good stuff. Once finished I headed back to get ready for dinner
and the show. We had late dinning so we were always able to go to the early show. Tonight it was Toy Story. On my way tho, I noticed a couple that you might
know..
Then on my way I met someone else that you might know.. 
I had never met him before.. What a character.. Then it was show
time.. 
What an amazing show.. After the show I headed off to dinner at
Trirans.
This was also the first night that we were going to
be meeting out table mates..
They were from NJ and were very
nice.. They were doing back to backs... After dinner it was time to get ready for the Pirate Party.It was wonderful and the fireworks were amazing.. They had a
dessert buffet afterwards that was to die for.. Afterwards I headed off to do some shopping and then headed to Waveband for Karoke and then bed to dream
about paradise ..
Day 6 ( May 10):
I had set to have mickey wake us up at 6am
cause we were docking at 8am but it rang and I stayed in bed.. I finally got up about 730 as we were getting starting into the island.. 
It was really nice outside and I was happy that we were going to be
able to dock.. I went out onto the balcony and was able to get a great view of the post office and the family beach as well as the 
Flying Dutchman was right outside and we had a wonderful view.. After
getting dress I headed down to Parot Cay for breakfast.. It was great.. Then I headed into paradise.. I headed right to 
the post office and there was Donald..
After mailing a post card and getting a couple of photos I headed
towards the beach.
. As I was doing so I came accross Jack Sparrow and was able to get a
photo..And saw a couple more characters on the way.
I then walked by the family beach and to the bike rental area.. I
hadn't riden a bike in about 15 years and WOW..
I road the trails and then headed back..
Some wildlife I saw along the bike trail. I then took the tram to
Serenity Bay.. 
Talk about amazing.. The bech is like powder.
I was able to find a lounger under a nice shaded umberella.. 
( I had gotten fried the day before) And that is
where I stayed for the next couple of hours before I headed out to find some lunch and then went right back and stayed in my lounger until about 330.. But then
I was even more sunburnt even with sunscrean and being in the shade 98% of the day..So I headed back to the ship.

I did some shopping along the way.
As well as look at some other fun stuff to have done on the island I
then headed to the cabin where I discovered that I was now a lobster.. I was burnt from head to toe.. Eve my legs.. It was a bit painful.. BUT I wasn't
going to miss anything.. So I got ready and headed to the show.. Tonight itwas Disney Dream.. I wasn't able to take any photos cause I was out of memory on
my card plus my batteries were about gone.. Anywho,, It was great.. And afterwards I went to get my photo taken with 
Minne and 
Mickey all dressed up in their formal attire. After that I headed to
Dinner at....
I had been waiting for Months for this one..
And it was everything that I expected it would be.

After dinner I did a little last minuet shopping and went to shutter
to get some photos before heading back to the room to get my bags ready. Then it was off to bed early ... I really needed my sleep at this point..
Day 7 ( May 11) We had mickey give us a call at 6am cause we were to have breakfast at AP at 7:45am.. When I got up , I headed right out to the balcony to see that we were in port and knew that there were going to be tears soon and there were.. I couldn't believe that it was over.. We headed to breakfast and said goodbye to our tablemates.. We then headed off the ship.. It was the easiest thing ever.. With in about 30 mins we were waiting or my friends mom to pick us up.. It was so fast and easy..
