Callie (msmckenna) surprised me today!
I got all of this: Two folders for school, scrapbooking sticker kits, a HSM pencil bag and a Tink notebook, and a neat handmade shirt with Tink on it that is my exact size! WOW! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Don't worry Mandy - I've expressed that fear myself a few times and have repeatedly been told not to worry - the whole point was just to do something
nice for a fellow Basementeer - no one is keeping tabs on who got what or how much - this sounds old and cliche - but it really is the thought that counts!
There's plenty of Pixie Dust traveling along with each of these gifts!

Mandy, Christmas in July is a way for our members to make contact with one another. It helps to form bonds with all our members. It does not matter what or how
much you give only that you take the time to send something to someone here at the basement. It is a way of building friendships and making ties with one
another. We will have more of these as time goes, NEVER concern yourself with giving too little and NEVER let that be a determining factor of whether or not
you sign up. Join, participate and have fun. These are your only requirements here! Don't worry .... BE HAPPY!!!

Christmas in July...well Christmas period...is NOT about how much money you spent on someone...it is the thought and the fun of picking
something, making something or whatever for someone. We did Christmas In July for people to get to know their fellow Basementeers, to spread some friendship
and cheer when times are getting hard for everyone. If you sit back and think ...oh I didn't spend enough, I didn't send enough...then where is the
love of giving from the heart. There will be other times to give. Do not rob the blessings that have been given and received...for a price!!! I would of
LOVED to have just gotten a note from my person. I am a very sentimental person. I do not put stock in material things. I have yet to see someone post...oh
I only got....
I hope everybody understands what I am trying to say. Thank you all for participating and for spreading some Basement LOVE!!!

Mandy - Darlene and Nena hit the nail on the head. I felt bad once because I joined a pin swap and I sent a pin but others were sending out all kinds of goodies along with the pin but when you see that person post that they love whatever you sent them, that's all that matters.
