I think the space between China and Germany should be occupied by Argentina! South America could use some representation, and Argentina is a pretty well rounded country. My second choice would be Greece. Greek culture was the foundation for Western civilization, so I think that is more than enough reason to give the slot to the Greeks. DEMOCRACY. With the great food, rich culture (calypso, steel drums, dancing) and the invention of Carnival, it would be a colorful and fun addition to the world showcase. Can you see it? Masks, head dresses, steel drum bands, etc.? GOD HELP ME! I HOPE I DON'T PUKE THIS TIME!

Australia or Brazil would be great additions. Brazil is know for it's music and great carnival atmosphere. Australia is known for it's animals and history. There could even be a section of the country dedicated to the Aboriginal people.

There was a big artical in the newspaper about his family coming over from there. I never heard of that country until I meet my hubby.

I know where your mind is though. I really think that there should be representation from areas or continents that are not represented. Australia and S. America don't have any representation. If we went with another European country, it would not represent well. As far as Australia Goon - you must be one of those Brits that still calls North America the "colonies". I don't think they should be left out just because they are another country/continent that has successfully fought off the tyranny of the oppressive British Crown. (no offense to our English friends, unless they are oppressive British royalty)
